Not giving your lash technician a minimum of 48 HOURS NOTICE makes it harder to fill in for the appointment meaning we miss out on income. This policy allows us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. When booking for your appointment, you will be asked to pay a 15$ DEPOSIT that will be credited towards your service/s. If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you will be given AT LEAST 48 HOURS prior to appointment to cancel and your $15 deposit will be carried over to your next appointment with me. Providing LESS THAN 48 HOURS or NO NOTICE will forfeit your deposit and you will be charged 100% of your service. You will be given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and be considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the service. You will have 48 HOURS after your service to contact me if you're having any issues with your lashes to avoid an extra charge. No children are allowed in the salon for safety/privacy reasons. We also ask that if you are driving to your appointments that you park on the street (not blocking any driveways) or in our driveway.
